Our wkend was wonderful. we had so much fun. we went on a 5 mile bike ride then came home and played football, with the kids. man, we burnt some calories. i feel great. ok i felt great. i’m feeling it today. i think i’m getting the flu or whatever,now. it sucks. i hate being sick. if i do get to feeling better, i’m going riding or walking. hope you all have a good day.

hi all. just wanted to check in. my house is clean along with the van and everything else. i hope everyone is having a good day. i’am,so far.not a lot going on right now. i’m tired, i know that much,lol,lol,lol. well, that’s all for now.ok so i’ve done the yard now too. i also did my ab cruncher. man, i’m on a roll today. you guys need to check out the calories, i’ve burned. i need to do this. we’re going to Utah, this summer,so i can go visit. i haven’t seen my brother in 10yrs. and i’ve got to catch up with my friends. i miss home real bad. you guys have a good day. i’m in the mood to help motivate everyone who needs it today. oh, yea, i’m drinking a budlight. i feel like i deserve it. i know it’s bad. i’m working it off also.lol,lol,lol.

well, all the cleaning is done, once again. now, i’m trying to relax. i slept in the room with the girls last night. today we did our toenails. it’s been fun. now all of them are playing, so i had time to drop by. hope you all have a great weekend. mine is going good so far. i see a big drop in my weight. i didn’t know cleaning burned so many calories. the weight loss is awesome. my girls looked @ me and said, “WOW, MOMMY IS GETTING REALLY SKINNY”. it made me feel so good. well, have a great day.

well,my day is going great so far. i’m on the last of the laundry now. i don’t know where, all this energy is coming from, but i love it. i know i’ve burned some calories. i wish we had a thing for cleaning bedrooms. it takes too much time to mark everything you do. anyways, how is everyone else> have a good day.

How is everyones day going? Mine is PERFECT. I hope cleaning kids rooms count as exercising. If so, how many calories do you burn? lol,lol,lol. Man, i’ve cleanded everything today. I feel GREAT. We did our taxes, but, don’t get them back until, next week. that sucks. It looks like we’re going to get some bad weather,soon, so i won’t be on here long. I hope everyone has a good night and a wonderful, VALENTINE’S DAY!!!!!!!!!! Mine will be. I’ve got my fiance,babies, and the rest of my family. I did buy a cute lil” bear, to put on my niece’s grave. believe it or not, i went there, w/o crying this time. you guys have really helped me in that department. it’s been 5months now. they haven’t even signed her death certificate yet. so it will be a while longer before we know what happened. i’ll let you guys know. i’ll need those shoulders, more than likely. thank you all very much
